Cancelling

You can cancel your appointment online, using the private link in your confirmation, up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Within 24 hours, please contact the clinic directly.

Rescheduling

To change your appointment, cancel your current booking and choose a new time in the booking form, or contact the clinic for help.

If the clinic needs to reschedule

Occasionally the clinic may need to move an appointment. If this happens, we will contact you as early as possible using the details you provided.
